The service. Rental Search GEO analyzes how clearly a vacation-rental page communicates property information to search engines and AI systems, and - after a one-time purchase - generates optimization content from facts you confirm.

One property per purchase, one-time optimization. Each purchase covers a single property page and its generated package, plus 3 reruns - any combination of regenerating content, changing tone, or re-auditing the page - so you can confirm your changes took effect. This is a one-time optimization service, not an ongoing subscription: once those 3 reruns are used, your package remains available and downloadable, but generating new content for that property requires purchasing it again.

Your responsibilities. Only submit pages you own or are authorized to represent. You are responsible for the accuracy of the facts you confirm and for reviewing generated content before publishing it.

No performance guarantees. Scores, projections, and generated content improve clarity and machine readability. They do not and cannot guarantee rankings, citations, recommendations, traffic, or bookings on any platform.

Acceptable use. No submitting pages you have no rights to, probing internal networks, or attempting to disrupt the service. Audit requests are rate-limited.

Refunds. If a technical failure on our side prevents delivery of your package, contact support@rentalsearchgeo.com for a full refund.

Operator. This service is operated by the operator of Rental Search GEO.
