What we collect. For the free audit we process the public URL you submit and the publicly visible content of that page. No account or email is required. For purchases we collect your email address and the property facts you confirm or provide.

How it is used. Page content is used only to score and, after purchase, to extract property facts for your review. Confirmed facts are used only to generate your optimization package. We do not sell personal data.

Payments. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe; they never touch our servers.

Analytics. We record privacy-conscious product events (for example, that an audit completed and its score). Events never include your email, page text, or property descriptions.

Retention & deletion. Audit snapshots and generated packages are retained so you can return to them. Contact support from your purchase email to request deletion of your account and all associated data.

Third parties. Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), and Anthropic (AI processing of page text and confirmed facts during extraction and generation).
